I’m Jill – A therapist for women
Do you look back on how hard you’ve worked to get where you are and wonder why it’s not enough?
Perhaps, many moments of many of your days are infused with an undeniable longing for something more.
More meaning, more purpose, more clarity.
Are you struggling to actually find yourself in this life that you worked so hard to create?
Is the idea of trying to find your own unique and authentic way overwhelming?
I get it. I’ve been there too.
I Help women uncover their authentic selves through body psychotherapy
After a life of partnering in modern dance, of providing a solid base for others to fly, I am passionate about bringing that same strength and support as a therapist for women.
As a therapist, I hold sacred the opportunity to sit with you at your most raw and undone – and to meet you there with deep love.
I’m here to honor the deep trust in the wisdom of these hardest moments. They hold the key to stepping into your own inner authority, purpose, and resonance with integrity.
Sitting with you, I offer not only acceptance for exactly where you are, but also a celebration of that person. You may see flaws, things that require fixing.
I see adaptations, effective strategies, and vital glimpses into your innate brilliance. It’s time you see that same brilliance, too.

My people (are women)
I’m a somatic therapist for women primarily. I enjoy supporting teens and 20 somethings. I also have a soft spot for a mom at any age. As a mother, I’ve seen firsthand the absolute brilliance that is innate from the beginning of human life.
In witnessing my daughter grow, one thing I have become utterly convinced of is that this brilliance is not unique to some and lacking in others. This is what it means to be human.
If each of us is born with this brilliance, then living in this world inevitably and heartbreakingly dulls, dilutes, cuts off, and censors it.
My mission as a therapist is to help you reconnect with that brilliance that is our birthright and what the world desperately needs more of.
To get there, we may have to traverse through some hard things, like…
- Indecision
- Codependency
- Finding Meaning
- Achieving Clarity
- Feeling Dissatisfied
- Low Self-Esteem
- Depression
- Imposter Syndrome
- Missing Self-Trust
The truth that you perhaps find yourself grappling with is the “success” you have worked so hard for, and even achieved to some degree, is an incredibly narrow version that is fed to us in this culture.
And it’s no longer serving you – if it ever really did.
Let’s work together and explore what it means to live, for you, in its most authentic form.
What My Clients Are Saying
